At Cheap Smokes, we aim for complete customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited to unopened items or defective hardware within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them to our central processing warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
